anyone know a good reliable one?
downloaded a few free trials but when i converted the clips, they all have "trial version", etc on the clip...
help.
just need to do one clip!

i use open shiiva for mac, it converts VOB to MP4, but i havent figured out how to make it include the sound yet.. dunno if thats any help though

its for pc though..

i was told...

use dvdshrink's re-author options
to make a dvd image with just the chapter you want
then use fair use wizard to convert this to divx
then use windows media encoder to convert the divx to wmv

anyone know any other basic/easier ways?

thats a tool for ripping DVDs to divxs, half way along the process you have to turn the DVD into an .avi
