So after a lot of talk, planning, headscratching and saving it looks like this is finally coming together. Still a fair amount of work to do and creases to iron out...

May I present to you Freak Flag Recordings...

Hopefully should interest fans of The Stooges / Black Sabbath / Pentagram / Blue Cheer / Motorhead / Kyuss / Cathedral / Spiritual Beggars / MC5 and proto Metal / Doom / Stoner / Fuzz Rock etc

FFR-001: Bad Boat – Lonely Doom 12” Ep (4 songs including a cover of “Mechanical World” originally performed by Spirit on their 1st LP from 1968)

FFR-002: Howlin’ Widow – Exorcised Accidental b/w Son Shine 7”


Mastered for vinyl by James Plotkin. Both ltd 250 hand numbered copies, heavy & coloured vinyl with good quality sleeves and lyric insert.

Released September 2012 – Details, artwork and audio to follow soon…
