This is just a sneaky way of alerting you all to the downright fucking swoonsome news that Mr. Anderson is working on Fantastic Mr. Fox -- but while you're here, let's have your votes.

Only seen Life Aquatic once. Enjoyed it. Other two i've seen Royal Tenebaums and Rushmoore were deadly the first time but just nowhere near as good the second. So I assume Life Aquatic has a similiar deal if you didnt hate it straight up.

Bottle rocket any use?

Bottle Rocket is very good.

I liked Rushmore a lot more on second and third viewings.

Only watched Life Aquatic once and liked it greatly.

The soundtracks for all four movies are deadly.

Life Aquatic for me cos you get more Bill Murray for your buck. Lovely sounds too.

The Life Aquatic for me but only because I love the cheesy lo-fi electro pop that's played when they're in the submarine.
Otherwise, it would have been Rushmore

Let's have a third poll, so I can vote for a different one again. And indeed all of us who are in this bind can.

Voted for 'Rushmore' this time -

'A quick one while he's away' and a wasp installation is edging it for me this time.

i totally disagree with you.
he doesnt make films that are immediate on first viewing.
theres a lot going on and theres a lotta subtlety which you wont even pick up first time round. i hated royal tenenbaums first time i saw it but grew to love through repeated viewings.
