Field Day Festival , London (2 Viewers)

It was a bit of an endurance test (a constant supply of beer and whisky made it endurable), but "bag o' shite" would be an exaggeration. Les Savy Fav, Jeffrey Lewis and the Notwist were all great. Tunng, Lightspeed Champion and Of Montreal were all reasonably enjoyable, but probably would have been more so had I not been watching them from under a raincoat hood in a squelchy field.

Still not enough toilets. And what was with all the people putting their umbrellas up while watching the bands?! I'm not one of the anti-umbrella brigade, I use them all the time, but not at gigs, that's just plain selfish! Doubtless this will get the same reaction as when I complained about tall people plonking themselves in front of short people at gigs though.
