I love the part in that episode when Randy gets up dressed like Stallone in Rocky and cracks the eggs, puts them in a glass and it looks like he's going to drink it but then makes an omelette !

I'd have to say Cartman as well, the ending of the Scott Tennerman episode shows his evil genius

I love the scene when Timmy discovers Jimmy's bag of steroids and he goes through all the different emotions, anger, disappointment, sadness just using two words.
