zeppelin have some great stuff in dropped-d.
moby's dick, kashmir (although technically the original was played with a different tuning altogether but dropped d works), travelling riverside blues, the girl i love she got long black wavey hair etc. fantastic.
 
my favourite drop d riff of all time is "Puff The Magic Dragon" (although technically the original was played with a different tuning altogether but dropped d works)

or "Sweet Caroline" (although technically the original was played with a different tuning altogether but dropped d works)

or "The Weight" (although technically the original was played with a different tuning altogether but dropped d works)

Possibly DADGAD... I know Page used that a lot but can't remember specifically if its used on Kashmir (that Puff Daddy song, right), which is a beast of a riff.
