I got a letter from Panorama today. the jist of which is:

"..we are particularly surprised to read ofyour unhappiness with your guide.... there have never been any problems that have given rise to a similar complaint....

We note your request for a full refund and off of a third reimbursement of the excursion cost.... we feel a fair payment would be half (50%) of the excursion cost (49.25 per person)

Once again we are sorry..."

So i have a cheque for that money if you want it, i don't think we are going to get another offer.
