Downstairs in fraziers has smelled like that for years now.

Was talking to one of the manager types once, who told me that what happened was something like a crate of bulmers with one or two burst cans was left in a store room down near there for a few months during a hot summer when the place was renovated. Lots of nastiness. Even a professional cleaning crew couldn't get rid of the smell.
