Hive Mind Promotions present Estel, Party Weirdo and The Stolen Pony on Saturday 16 September at The Hub, Temple Bar. Doors open at 8:30, and tickets are 8 euro at the door.

Estel formed in 1998. They have released three albums and some singles, with another album due in October 2006. They have played with artists as varied as mike watt, lightning bolt, check engine, the ex, hoover, michael gira, black eyes, cult of luna and hundreds more. The band are dedicated to the idea of underground and independent music and lifestyles. This can be a challenge in an underground concerned with hip genres rather than good music.

saw party wierdo in east Berlin recently in some underground place. very good. ladyfest festival. they charged us a quid for their cd even tho we knew them from Dublin. rock n roll

did anyone hear stolen pony before at some drunken house party?
ive seen estel and party weirdo few times..
LOVE party weirdo (best band around at moment) and always loved estel gigs- im really interested to hear stolen pony and loving the fact that it'l be a gig with trad/ roots music to start (stolen pony) plus alt experimental sounds (party weirdo) plus hardcore shi' from estel..
