Espania fast becoming the Techno Capital of Europe! Slight exageration perhaps, but maybe those days won't be too far away. The Transhuman label bursts onto the scene with a very impressive 5 track EP from Arcanoid and the Transhumans. From the off, the label plants is flag slap bang in the middle between Detroit and Berlin, which geographically may be somewhere in the mid Atlantic, but musically, you'll get the drift. Check 'Postindustrial' for a killer slice of Techno, the likes of which Robert Hood could be making these days.

New Techno label from famed Spanish electro producer Boris Divider and fellow analogue assasin Miguel Mendoza. The concept behind he label is to release quality analogue produced Techno for the dancefloor and the big soundsystem. 180 Grammos also gives you a clue to the weight of the vinyl. Shadow Runner presents Developed Instinct. Primordial basslines, and an in your face kick drum that will propel you to Detroit and beyond. The Key - The Darkness and the TR909. Miguel Mendoza is an amasser of analogue recording gear, and here he uses it to warp hypnotic sounds direct to the dancefloor. Movement is the message.

Deepchord pres. Echospace - Vibrational Studies In Echospace (Modern Love) 8.99
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/love063/a1.mp3
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/love063/b1.mp3
Vibrational Studies (In Echospace) is an alternate version of album opener ‘In Echospace’ and revolves around a relentless cycle of washed-out analogue loops layered around submerged field recordings and electric currents that somehow propel the track while at the same time immersing it in one of the headiest mixes Hitchell and Modell have ever recorded. ‘Symbolism In Transition’ finds Modell deploying a deep and padded configuration with a sort of late night shuffle so beloved of Move D - all squashed House vibes, with sparkling melodic currents and bursts of barely there white noise.

Gunnar Jonsson – Muskelaminne (Kontra-Musik) 9.99

HOUSE:

Urban Tribe - Program 1 - 12 (Mahogani Music) [LP] 15.99
http://clone.nl/item18233.html
Single LP containing12 tracks from Kenny Dixon JR, Anthony Shakir, Carl Craig, and of course, the main man Sherard Ingram aka Stingray.

Steven Tang – The Verged Sessions (Aesthetic Audio) 10.99

http://clone.nl/7c1b27c5d902f4c998835c2d3d218eab.m3u
http://clone.nl/614a050088a3fbdd5861679552b60aef.m3u
The Verged Sessions represents the evolution of the Chicago/Detroit sound - full of lush orchestrated strings, synths and deep pads with a massive foundation of thumping TR-808 and 909 drums. Steven has previously unleashed quality deepness, for almost a decade on his own label, Emphasis Recordings.

Reggie Blount – Hard Times EP (Clone Crown) 10.99

James T. Cotton - On Time (Spectral) 9.99
http://ghostly.com/releases/on-time
Another top notch acid house/techno outing from Cotton.

Various Artists - House Of Trax Vol. 5 (Trax / Rush Hour) 9.99
http://clone.nl/ff53356a40dca27f142f9488528dfaa3.m3u
http://clone.nl/18fffc0e41c49fe8c83ffd61204ad267.m3u
http://clone.nl/e94b6bea99df0f3428169f6c4755706f.m3u
The fifth release contains more rare tracks from the Trax catalogue. The a-side features two mixes of the little known Gwendolyn track, which originally came out on Precision Records (named after Larry Sherman’s pressing plant) in 1984. This early vocal (house) gem was produced by Vince Lawrence and Jessie Saunders. It comes in two versions. A more straight forward original and a more dubbed out version by Farley Jackmaster Funk. A real treat. Side B features another early 80s Chicago track, again by Vince Lawrence and Jessie Saunders aka Z-Factor featuring Screaming Rachel. Classic Chicago house tracks.

ELECTRO / BASS:

Al Tourettes & Appleblim – Lipsmacker EP [w. Linkwood remix] (Aus Music) 9.99

http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/ri002/a1.mp3
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/ri002/b1.mp3
Following on from his sold out debut release on Rebel Intelligence, Matt Whitehead delivers two more electro funk jams for fans of the old school breakdance style! The A side 'Raw Deal' is a synth funk orientated workout complete with guitar licks and bass solos, throwing down a homage to the sound of yesterday. The flip side 'The Tip Off' follows suit with another track of old school goodness encompassing all the necessary elements to move the dancefloor.

Various [Pathic, FTG, ADJ, Twofourteen] - Alternative Networks Vol.2 (Pyramid Transmissions) 8.50
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/pvt009/pvt009_1.mp3
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/pvt009/pvt009_2.mp3
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/pvt009/pvt009_3.mp3
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/pvt009/pvt009_4.mp3
Four slices of Electro goodness from the London based Pyramid Transmissions label - regarded as 'one of the most on form electro labels' (DJ Magazine). This EP marks a welcome return to their vinyl output after almost a 2 year break in their vinyl transmissions.

Aux 88 - Mad Scientist [Anthony Rother / Jimmy Edgar remixes] (Echoism) 10.99
http://clone.nl/59f69976f9aff070414a6835beb4f37a.m3u
