this is turning out similar to events about 100 years ago. a bucnh of toff's sit about saying the ra are minority. the ra forces a legal decision. Que toff's piping up trying to take credit for it/get on the bandwagon.

It looks like she thinks it's ridiculous to have a by-election when there's going to be a general election so soon after. She'll probably get elected in the by-election now.

I'm sorta more interested in how she knows that the general election is in three weeks time. either its a total bluff or she knows more than all the media in ireland combined.

most reckon the general election won't be till march.also,given that it was only announced is it even possible/desirable to have the general election in 3 weeks?i wouldn't have thought so.

I think that's three weeks in Donegal time which as you know can mean anything really. Either that or just a random number pulled out of the air.
