We are launching our EU division of Pigboat Recordings ‘Get airplay’, College and independent radio promotion program. Currently, we work with a bit over 300 radio stations in America.
In Brief, I was blown away by the amount of quality material coming from Ireland and England and, while back in Seattle, developed this program with radio marketers ‘Pigboat Recording’ (Seattle), website developers, music mastering extraordinaire ‘Alien syndicate’ (Chicago) and the Marketing team responsible for the success of such bands as The White Stripes, Datsons, Flaming Lips, ‘Universal Buzz’ (new York).
Our Radio program is designed to be affordable and result driven. It’s also created to be focus marketed. Your song will never go to a radio station outside of your specified demographic (Rock, alternative, Metal, Punk, Folk, Celtic, Electronic….).
We have done all the legwork. We know exactly what each station plays and who plays them. We register your song through ‘Nielson ratings US’, who track the plays of each song in weekly and monthly reports to the Recording industry of America.
It is the most controlled legal radio promotion program in the US.
Sceptical, ‘Linkin Park’ used this very same method to get the attention of the record companies. They’ve done all right for themselves.
