Is it possible to set up a distribution list and have the email addresses of each recipient visible to all recipients?

There are two possibilities: you get a mail administrator to set up the distribution list using the Global address list (GAL) and then publish it for all (or a subset of users) to see. When mail from one of these distribution lists arrives, users can right-click on the name, go to properties, and see all the members.

Alternatively, if you set up your own distribution list in outlook, and populate it with members from your contacts and/or the GAL, all the recipients will see the addresses on each mail, whether they're part of the organisation or not.

(this is true of exchange 2003/Outlook 2003, older systems may vary)

thanks.

i'm setting it up myself in outlook. It only has 30-40 members. I just need everyone to see who is on the list within the email.

as it happens, it is a EEE focus group that we organise - bringing people from the public, private and community sectors to deal with strategic issues facing the EEE sector (WEEE, RoHS, EuP, IPP etc etc blah blah)

Some mail programs won't automatically show the user all members, and they might have to view their mail headers to see them...you might be as well to set up a listserv for this sort of thing...
