Distortion and general pedal question (1 Viewer)

Was looking for a nice warm distortion but i haven't really tried many pedals only the BOSS DT-2. Just wondering does anyone have any good suggestions?

Also will this + this = power to BOSS DD6, distortion pedal and tuner???

I just dont want anything too noisy. I tried a Big Muff and Danelectro DO1 not really into them.

there's a lot of youtubes you can look at these days where you can at elast get a demo of what pedals do. I'm not recommending any of those above, just posting that vid as an example.

I'd say go with Gary's advice and try as many as possible. My favourites are the Tube Screamer 808, Distortron/Box of Rock, Sonic Titan and Distortion +. Mostly over the €80 mark though.
(unless you got me me to make you one that is)

get him to throw a lil LPB booster into the enclosure too so you can goose it when needed
