Hope all is well with each and everyone of you guys. After a couple of weeks well earned break, Remedy returns at the end of Nov with 2 cracking good guests for all true funk soldiers!
Firstly, Crazy Penis (LIVE) return! Our favourite live house outfit return to Remedy with their full 6 piece band by popular demand! Anyone who missed the last two rocking sets at the Village or The Sugar Club, dont miss it this time....they're fantastic live. Proper dancefloor action, great band and a top notch following to boot! What else would you want. Date is Saturday, Nov 27th. Venue is the Sugar Club. Doors 8pm til 11pm. Crazy Penis on stage at 9.15 sharp! Then later on in the night......After his sellout performance in the Metropolitan last June, Remedy are happy to welcome back DJ Food to Dublin. Strictly Kev has been and always will be part of any essential breaks/drum and bass / funky jazz / hip hop diet, whilst making the energy levels in yo' body go through the roof with his own brand of 'serious' party music! The man is a joy to watch and great fun to dance along to. Look on ye mighty DJs and despair! Kenny Funk is in support in the main room, whilst Razor and Louche do their thing in the bar ...This show happens at the Temple Bar Music Centre. Same night as Crazy Penis, Saturday Nov 27th, but its a late show. Doors are 11pm til late. Early Decemeber, Remedy are delighted to be involved with two of the best live Irish acts playing together for the first time! Dec 4th will see Cartoon (Full 8 piece band) and Kistar (4 piece band performance) rock the Sugar Club. Tix priced 12.50 plus 1euro booking will be available from the usual record stores pretty soon. The on Dec 11th, Funk D'Void will be making his Remedy debut in the Temple Bar Music Centre. Tix already out for this one on www.ticketmaster.ie priced 20euro (inclusive of booking fee). Tix on the door will be 18euro! Cool?
