He was the best part of the movie. The helicopter should have ended it and I would have liked it more. Also, it would have been better without seeing the monster. Not knowing what the hell was going on would have been scarier, in my opinion. Monsters will always look fake.

agreed, that would have made it much better, still excellent mind.

It's worth watching for the bit the where the girl gets bitten by the little monsters in the subway tunnel and becomes infected and then explodes.

Yu know what I hate....? Well I'll tell you....

It's the annoying trend that a lot of movies have these days of having something else happen after the end of the closing titles!!

So it seems for most modern movies you now have to sit through ten minutes of rolling credits to see the "whole" story...

Cloverfield had this

your also supposed to see something drop into the sea on the cassette from the fairground scenes set before all the shit went down.... you'd need binoculars...its ridiculous!
its supposedly a satellite which fell, inevitably waking the monster.... i thought it would have bee better if it had been the "monster or alien" falling from the sky.... which is what i thought it was....

Good film. The best bit is the "Flaming tramps" in the subway. The guy holding the camera was the best thing in the film.
