I bought the fella's pardents a framed watercolour print. Perfect for suburban decor schemes. Last year I got them a bewley's hamper. Both inoffensive, slightly thoughtful and on the generous side, like.

Cos I am such a lickarse.

I'd advise going to the amnesty international shop , theres loads of ma pleasing candles there.

fair trade shops are great for unusual presents.

A lot of the cheapie presents I'll be giving
to cousins and aunties and so forth
will be gotten in these strange delicatessen shops
down moore street, & camden st.
the russian shop there has lots of interesting
chocolates and honey e.t.c which
have cool labels,

Also the art gallery on crow st has good little
handmade wooden toys and puzzles and stuff
for younger kids and interesting amber jewellery
weird mixture of stuff.
