Change Pitch in Pro-Tools? (1 Viewer)

I want to change the pitch of a WAV sample by a few semitones. The WAV is a mix of instruments, not just an individual track, so rules out the versions of Melodyne and Autotune that I have.

What is the easiest way to do this in Protools?
Is there a plug-in I could use?

I remember doing this before in Soundforge by changing the sample rate with a bit of guesswork. Is that my only option?

Pitch Shift is a standard Audiosuite plugin with protools.

Don't know which version of protools you're using, but it should be as simple as selecting your waveform, going to the Audiosuite menu (up at the top of the screen where your main menus are) and selecting Pitchshift.

There's various options in there for pitch-shifting, including by semitone.

Are you making one of those pitched up vocal songs the kids are listening to on their mobile phones?

Did they buy out Antares or somebody and want everyone to buy the plugin?

Cheers for the offer pissypants, but got it sorted last night... brought it into Melodyne and worked OK, to my surprise.

The original sample was fairly beat-up to start with, so you can't really notice the degradation after Melodyning it, and time-stretching it. I'll just put it though a vinyl emulator plug-in, and hey presto - its supposed to sound that muck!
