i'm having issues with my recording setup currently...
heres the scenario:
typically i use ableton live to record and sequence...but i've since switched back to acid for a little while until i get some hardware issues straightened out... my dilemma happens to be this:
using acid pro 4:
i will insert a drum track or some sort of sample to keep time while i record say a synth part or a guitar part.... so essentially there is one track playing while i'm recording - this is the issue - i don't ever remember running into this problem before when i was using acid 3 - and i know its probably a small issue, but i when i finish recording the 2nd track - and when i play it back, it has the first track recorded along in with the second track - which essentially totally phases out the drum sequence because now there are "2" drum tracks....the initial drum track i was playing along with - and that track playing back and recording in my second track....
how can i fix this?
please help out a pretty lady....
thanks.
