BOXES is only fucking delighted to announce the launch of our new album 'Bad Blood' at MAXIMUM JOY in The Tap, 44 North King Street, Smithfield, on Friday April 21.

Unfeasibly special guests on the night are The Undertakers and DJ Hag, while the wonderful Maximum Joy residents Mickey and Raar will also be playing records till the early hours.

Hugh, there's an all-girl punk band from Mexico called The Undertakers too (www.myspace.com/theundertakers) but we couldn't afford them, so we had to settle for the aesthetically inferior Carlow version...

Baker's Place, Tait Square.

It's an old nightclub that has been closed down for five years and some people have reopened it temporarily as 'a no-theme art space'. There's all sorts of stuff going on over a two week period.
