Bookmarking threads / posts (1 Viewer)

Nobody noticed this appearing, so i guess i'll fill you in. It's now possible to bookmark threads & posts. For threads, use the big BOOKMARK THREAD button at the top of the page. For individual posts, use the bookmark icon beside the like / dislike buttons.

Yes, it's like subscribing to a thread, but different.

Once something has been bookmarked you can access it via http://thumped.com/bbs/usercp.php - you'll find the links at the bottom of the My Settings panel to the left of the page.

Alternatively, you can use these ones -

http://thumped.com/bbs/bookmark.php?do=profile&action=postbookmarks

This will be handy.

I think the "Bookmark Thread" button would look more elegant if it was positioned to the right of the "reply to thread" button.

that's a good one actually - plugs into stopforumspam.com and akismet.com & catches a load of spammers before they can register
