Black Tax/Heroic Doses Tour? (2 Viewers)

Hi all,

Know its mega early but basically Im gonna try and book a tour for Heroic Doses and Black Tax for June 2006 time, when should I start hassling people?! We're gonna probally go for 4 Scottish dates then as many Irish ones as possible (guess around 6?).

Was thinking of starting booking around March, should I start earlier or later d'ya think? And would anyone come out to see us?!

Ghost Mice are coming over in early June and then theres the Basta tour which will be late june/early july. maybe try do it for late july? unless you only have june available...

Cool, cheers for all the input! All things considered and work commitments and all that looks like it'll be third or fourth week of July and/or first week of August so hopefully that should be ok?!

We're gonna get it sorted early so will be in touch with promoters we worked with last time in the next month or so and then if we have any trouble filling in dates will be back to the board! Hoping for four dates in Scotland then two in Northern Ireland, then four or five in Ireland and hoepfully the Leitrim Fest if all goes ahead!

Cheers mate only if we can play with The Dangerfields added to Complan, Chewing on Tinfoil, 20 Bulls Each, The Lobotomies and The Snakecharmers to the bands we want to see/play with whilst we're over!

Also why the ooo! around doing two NI dates? We did Belfast last time which was awesome but we thought we might do another one this time! Is there not a big enough scene or something??

2 dates in the North is no bother at all. You could push it to 3 but it all depends on petrol costs then. Belfast and Derry would be cool.

Snakecharmers would love to play / help out where possible up here. It was a pleasure to have you last time.

Cool Cool, just consulted my map and seen Derry is quite north of Belfast but as we'd sail into Belfast would make sense to play there first, so is there anywhere south of Belfast (or not more North!) in NI to play before hitting the Southerners!? Any good contacts? Just drawing out a rough route as cant commit till I know Lechrum Fest details

Both are solid enough bookings to add to Belfast and Derry. That would be about it for NI, as far as I'm concerned/aware.
