Hey,

I'm moving out of my gaff to a smaller abode and so my lovely room will be available from June 1st. Rent is €470 monthly.

The room is available short term until August (when there will probably be a rent review) or longer term if it that suits.

You would be sharing the house (which is fairly spacious) with three lads in their mid-twenties. All working and all into film / music / gaming, the usual lark.

The house is really close to Leonard's Corner on a quiet street which is about a fifteen minute walk to Wexford St.
