It's electronic submission and it closes at 11:55. I've had others with stuff like 10:57 AM.
The given deadline was the 23rd so they're closing it five minutes early

I was well cheesed off that they won so many awards at the meteors. give someone else a break like! then others would argue that they put in a lot of work over the years.
