Went to this last year. Tickets were about €150, if I remember correctly. But unlike (the similarly priced) Oxegen, it's a four day festival, bands start later in the evening and go on for most of the night (I think the clubs continue 'til 7am, but I never lasted til the end). You're a 20 minute walk from the beach, and the campsite is purpose built, and not some farmers field. And you're entitled to stay on the campsite for something like eight days. Oh and you're guaranteed fine weather. We got flights to Valencia for less than €100, and it's less than an hour train ride from there. The lineup is great, and if it's anything like last year, they'll keep adding to it over the next few months. I'd definitely recommend it (I'll hopefully be making a repeat visit this year)
