Over the past few years a whole new electronic lease of life has bloassomed across Ireland with dark and low riddims spawning a myriad of creation across the bpm spectrum and a whole host of new Producers and DJs keeping the punters happy and putting Ireland forward as a worhty contributor to the development of the sound worldwide.
Dublin and Cork have been responsible for a sizeable proportion of this development and have played host to some of the key nights,collectives,production talent,DJ spinndiggery,labels,radio shows and more in this period of growth.
So finally the two tribes meet head to head to celebrate this era of electronic bloom and to showcase just a few of the many talented individuals at the heart of the scene - -

Douglas Badman Drokkr has been scaling impressive new heights and sounds this year with huge developments and experimentations in his sound ,releases on several labels, and the major news of his signing to Badman Prss,DZs Candian powerhouse label..

An incredibly active influence on the Dublin electronic world, A-Force is guilty of being associated with crews of such infamy as !Kaboogie,Alphabet Set,the Audio Terrorists and most recently the label Ghetto Quietly which the author cant help but feel he is set to help steer in all kinds of horrible directions.

Comin straight outta the ever growing Cork electronic massive,Psymonok aka Simon O'Keefe has been crunching his way through beats cereal for a few years now. DJing for about 4 or 5 years,the man started putting pen to production paper about 2 years ago,synthesising his own furious brand of breaks madness...
Now involved int he urky world of Baltimore Core and Bassline as well as other twisted melodies,his shizzle can be checked at - -

Antrophe has been causing bass trouble for the past few years bopth entertainign and enraging in equal measures!

Expect some serious cartoon ragga swagger, bassline nonesense, a nostaliga
for breakcore, and some funky ghetto jackin' whatevers.

Jonezey is a Cork based DJ/Producer and is an integral part of the ever-more influential DubCulture posse
With a reputation for no nonsense dubstep as well as a passion for dub and Jungle alike, this DJ has been tearing it up nationwide for a good while now and is as feared as he is respected - - one for the Dublin crew to watch out for....

SHATTERFREAK
Having screamed outta the production blocks less thean a year ago,Shatterfreak has become something of a sensation on Soundcloud as well as further afield, with an unbelievably prolific flow of material emerging from the chambers - - tunes,mixes,collaborations and wierd bits and pieces have been highlighting his style nad variance of direction - -going ffrom the deeper and darker side of Dubstep to all out wobble mayhem,breaks madness and experimentations with odd time signatures and tune structuring
Releases on several labels as well as a steady stream of gigs and interesting tings coming form his production duo SubVersus means dangerous times for Jonezey...
