Dunno exactly, not an awful lot. There might be an extra charge for printing on black t-shirts, I'm not sure of the intricacies of t-shirting. It's only the one lad in there and he's sound enough, just ask him.

They will defrinaltey charge extra for a back-print

I designed a shirt for a band recently , front and back images, but it would've cost too much for them to get the back printed- the printer needs to make a new screen so its as expensive as getting a new, seperate design done
