AWESOME electronic music from the last 30 years (1 Viewer)

I was looking at upcoming gigs this morning at about 15+ Dublin venues and several promoters and found very little of interest. but I saw ACID GRANNY had played the Sugar Club last Friday.
but now I've spent the last 90 minutes listening to them.

this was at an event organised by Dublin Modular, who sound interesting.

Not since the advent of the Premier League in fact and the death of football
yeah I didn't watch any football from late 93 to 97 (or any TV at all for three years of that).
I didn't even watch the 1994 World Cup.
I suppose apathy brought me back to football in 1997.

listening to Square Wave 28-11-22. never heard of him before and only know Natalia Beylis on his playlist.
but I heard lots of artists along the lines of these folks before.
will follow this lad on instagram now.

I really got left behind by social media. I just don't like it. still trying to figure out instagram which I joined about 6 months ago. I'm still annoyed with people for adopting all the social media shit over a decade ago.

this youtube channel has clips of a Finnish two day noise festival from 11-12 November 2022.
there is a lot of physical performance with some of these folks and which makes exciting viewing.

this Finnish (??) guy does a You Tube channel on old electronic musics relationship with modern (90s onward) techno genres.
such as whether people like Erkki Kurenniemi are precursors of speedcore techno.

very well researched and presented. I really like the way he has a foot in both eras and helps made some sense of where we have come from.
I have to say sometimes techno folks have tunnel vision and don't give the rest of electronic music its dues.
Kurenniemi is a fave of mine but sadly as a futurist he was a disappointed retrospective man in later life.

Described in the bio as Arthur Russell meets Photek. Eh, okay, dude.

Metal Zone by Kakuhan... came out in November 2022. One of the blokes here does very nice stuff in his solo project with tape loops and plays in austere instrumental quintet ? Goat. No, not that one, this one:
