application fees fot postgraduate courses: whats that all about? (1 Viewer)

im applying for two at the moment one costs 50 quid and the other 75 just to send in the form. i mean is tht what it costs for labour, for the person to open the envelope and put it in the filing cabinet or throw it in the bin as the case may be.

im sure theres a very reasonable answer to this.

probably to dissuade you from applying and accepting 56 different courses and keeping them all hanging on while you make a decision? Separating the wheat from the chaff, etc.

They do it to stop people from applying for too many. you should be able to apply for more than one in each college for the fees though? It's usually two or three accepted under one application

theyre in separate colleges. makes me soo angry!!!

at leats though if i get onto one of them i wont have to pay the fees. good old hse.
