Czech food is mainly fish-dishes such as Salmon Dance, Trout Crustå and Familiar Haddock Cake.

when i was in prague, the imbiss food places sold all manner of wholesome products, including one speciality - a large block of various types of animal rammed into an oblong shape - which was referred to in the menu as 'forced meat'. mmm, yum.

Ive been trying to find out what the fuck that was for years! i always just assumed it was horse meat that they misspelled.

I ate stomach last night.

I wont be doing that again.

On the subject of czech food- i was just thinking it would be a great thing to have in dublin, czech food = yummes.
