Im selling a New 1962 reissue Fender Stratocaster which has never been played. 3 colour sunburst. Retail price is €2,320 im selling it for €1,800.
Includes a deluxe brown hard shell case, tremolo arm, bridge cover, vintage strap, lead and life time warranty.

try to get a guitar in from germany without getting heavily stung by customs. they've clamped down on this very heavily over the last while. i've tried myself on several occasions over the last few months and have not succeeded once. my friend got stung for 600 for two guitars last month. this guitar is 2, 320 euro in this country new and this guitar is as new as it gets. you wont be able to get it into ireland for at least 1, 800. so 1, 700 is the lowest id go with it. thank you for the interest.

I'd have to agree with Mel on this one, The VAT advertised on the German sites is 16% but under E.U. trading they are obliged to charge the VAT rate of the destination country therefore there is no customs import duty. I think your friend should be looking for a refund right now.

it's a custom shop strat no? hence the higher price.

nope it's an american vintage reissue series,pretty sure music maker have a new one in stock for about €1800,
