A double bedroom + seperate office/sitting room (1 Viewer)

yep the the arrangements have changed.

Now you can have your own double bedroom, with loads of storage- built in wardrobe + chest of drawers.

aaaand a second double room with gas fireplace, couch, small freestanding wardrobe, and a single bed. Guy was using this as an office/sitting room it has cable connection for tv.

How much you ask? 700 euro. yes a mere 700 euro for your own level of a house.

Shared bathrooms and kitchen. The house has 4 double bedrooms in total, large sitting room with french doors opening out into backyard. 2 bathrooms one downstairs one up (not counting the ensuite in the housemates room).

Living with 1 guy and me a girl, both easygoing and relatively tidy. And a dog-who leaves his blanket lying around all the time but otherwise well behaved.
Deposit is 400 bills not included. we are only looking for 1 person as we like having lots of space, no couples, sorry.

ha ha, They get two double bedrooms for that rent which works out at 350 a room, perfect for someone who needs and office or as one guy was using a room as a mini studio.

people are paying 600 for 1 room so a level of a house to yourself isn't too bad, for that kinda money you'd only get a very poky little bedsit this way you have lots of space.



*edit* plus I totally forgot to mention where it is, it's on the inchicore rd, same road that kilmainham jail is on, and 2 mins away from IMMA. the 69, 68 79 buses stop right on our road. luas within walking distance, 78A and 19 bus routes round the corner. 15 mins by bike to Dame st. Memorial gardens and phoenix park are your local parks. Nice quiet estate with parking.

Oh one last thing I forgot to add, the floors are all being replaced downstairs, so brand new laminate flooring downstairs and new carpets on the stairwells, plus being newly repainted, you also have a choice of taking two rooms opposite one another thereby having a whole level to yourself or alternatively you can take the double bedroom ensuite on one level and the second room on level below with fireplace etc.

p.s. as we are really keen to only share with one person cause we love having all that space, we are open to some negotiation on the price!

the main things i want from a housemate are:

1) doesn't leave notes on every surface of the kitchen.
2) doesn't cut living costs by using my olive oil, shampoo and milk. and enthusiastically advocate 'shared cooking' by boiling up a pot of cabbage and split peas twice a month while scoffing hearty helpings of curry/goulash/stew i've made using a half kilo of lean meat/fish.

please kill my current housemate.
