no way, he was amazing as Harvey Milk. I haven't seen The Wrestler, but if either of them won it I wouldve been happy. Milk was excellent.

Poor old Sean Penn he's won two best actor Oscars now and each time it's all been about the person he beat, Bill Murray in 2004 and now Mickey Rourke in 2009.

Not really acting for Mickey Rourke is it? He is playing himself.

Penn deserver this Oscar.
