i'm moving out of my place and looking for someone to move in.
it's a really nice 1 bed apt (double) in an insanely good location - near the jervis luas stop. has a bath, microwave, washer/dryer etc. it's on the ground floor and has double doors facing out into a courtyard at the back. it is pretty quiet - you'd never know you were in the middle of the city centre.
i've been there 4 years with my little boy and am only moving cos i want a separate room for him now. otherwise i'd stay forever!
it's 1000p/m and the landlord takes rent allowance. available now.
