    If you want to build a "shed" to live in in a suburban setting you would need to make it no bigger than 25M2 and have at least 40M2 of garden left over in order to pretend it is just a shed- then hope no one notices or complains so the structure would become " unlawful but immune" in planning...

    Thanks Pete- I've applied/ interviewed for numerous public sector roles over the years - closest I ever got was fifth on the Panel for a grade 5 - I have never even been offered an interview at grade 6 despite meeting the criteria.

    IKEA - Kallax shelving to you r taste & Observator cross braces if you're worried about stability. paving slab for isolating the turntable. Alternatively; 9" cavity blocks and scaffolding planks. All can be made to look as fancy or as utilitarian as you wish....

    You can date any Rickenbacker to the week it was made fairly easily - unfortunately the serial number is only stamped on the jackplate so is no use if you're guitar is stolen. Learned all this the hard way!
