Some Latvian lad was murdered behind my house last night. A 27-year-old was stabbed. A few weeks back an Estonian guy was beaten to death in a lay-by between Swords and the airport. There was the Baiba Saulite's murder late last year and I think a few others of late. Crazy.

Finally a semi-daycent film on MGM. That channel is generally useless. Bound For Glory tells the story of Guthrie's life during the '30s. It's a pretty good flick, some great music, some great scenes and best of all Randy Quaid is in it.

I'm intrigued by the place, its history etc. Any of yiz been there? Is it worth a visit?
