some footage from last weekends sparks marathon. unexpected encore of semi-rehearsed song at request of women dressed as mexican sugar skulls

Posting individual tunes is counterintuitive to the way i've made albums for the past few years, I spend nearly as long on continuity after recording as i do on writing recording, but i've been picking bits and pieces and giving some background to them having realized the artistic statement of a cd with a blank inlay card and no track titles sorta isn't what people expect from a band. Over the next while i'll be doing a bit like this for a lot of the tunes from the last three albums, and maybe delve into the minneapolis tapes or some of the stuff before that.

not tunes - but having never gotten a tshirt printed before this has made my weekend...

My dulcet tones can be heard on a song as well. Yeah I really like what Jonny Fun did with that tune

And mine, a little.

I recorded/mixed/played on that Jonny Fun choon - but I think it's good too.

I think Paddy Hanna's song is great, and Mik Pyro and Skelocrats do something very different with the songs. One thing that I found funny is the amount of strong male voices on it.
