"I guarantee you’ll not have heard anything else like it this year – or possibly ever. It’s an astonishing work, full of beauty, pain, power and fragility. Utterly captivating and compelling. And more than that, it’s really a folk album. A folk music wolf lurking in doom metal’s clothing." - The Guardian

BIG|BRAVE’s music has been described as massive minimalism. Their fusillades of textural distortion and feedback emphasize their music’s frayed edges as much as its all-encompassing weight. The potency of the trio’s work is their singular artistry combining elements of traditional folk techniques and a modern deconstruction of guitar music. Gain, feedback, and amplitude are essential to 2024's A Chaos Of Flowers, an album that builds on their ferocious 2023 album Nature Morte

The album is a monument of simultaneous serenity and disquiet, a subtle maelstrom of internal life.

Later this year, they release OST, their most naked and austere record to date, showcasing the trio’s preternatural instincts and deep musical intuition. Conceived as a score for an imagined film, the album was born from improvisation rather than composition
