they had some really scary stuff, saw one about this young fella who's a bit of a bollix and his da takes him to the seaside. he keeps seeing this guy running around in the same clothes as him and spends the dramarama running after him to see who he is.. in the end he finds out that it's his doppeldanger who's there to replace him because he's been a prick..
the last shot is the doppeldanger heading off in the car with your man's da and the guy screaming cause he's been left to wander the icy coast on his own

My favourite show when I was a kid was Battle Of The Planets. I also loved Marine Boy which was on a year or two earlier.
