saw them play whelans before, dunno when quiet a while back, good gig good album, but apart from the fact they had this really bright sprobe light on the go the whole gig, fecking annoying.
new album any use?

I was at that gig, 2003 I think it was, loved it.

Listening to the new album for the first time now, seems to be a fair bit slower and darker than the first record, wasn't mad about the first couple of songs but it's starting to pick up now.

ditto on the strobe lights, really peed me off that gig.

Last night was gig of the year for me. No strobes, lots of smoke(alarms), and amazing fucking renditions of Phoenix and other stuff.

Did they play owt of newie? Didnt notice much.
