I really dont ever use more than a spoonful or two - the byproducts of sun dried tomatoes from lidl that are in jam jars, is that any use to you?

If I have a bacon breakfast, I'll save it. Then the next day use it to fry slices of aubergine and courgette, for a meatish veggie breakfast. Or, since Australia, when I say aubergine and courgette, I mean eggplant and zucchini.

We mix ours with porridge oats and leave it out for the birds, they love it.
