Studying through Oscail (1 Viewer)

Has anyone done this ?

I have just completed the diploma in psychology with DBS am considering going for the B.A with Oscail as it's better suited to self-paced study.

any info. appreciated.

I'd be wary - i hear some of their psychology awards are unrecognised by the irish psychologists board or something. More here.

I'm looking at open university at the minute. Looks good.

just had a call with them to discuss and you're right...their Psychology course is part of a B.A in Humanities and the psychology moduleis not recognised by the PSI..it is accredited by the BPS in England however.

what are you thinking of studying with Open University ?

I had considered this but I believe all the tutorials etc. are in the U.K which would make it difficult to attend.

Far as i know Open University is 100% distance learning (online/CDROM/books) no? I'm looking at doing an open ended MSc with a bunch of web modules and maybe one or two on media or literature.
