Mixed together, shaped into cookies and thrown in the oven for 10 minutes =

Yep. It's cookies. No need for flour as the pb and sugar are dense enough without it.

I think peanut butter is pretty gack on its own. I guess I feel the same way about it that many people feel about marmite- I recognise it's value as a flavour ingredient (I've had really nice cookies that were made with it, and I've used it successfully in asian-style cookin) but can't deal with it unless it's in disguise.

I can relate. While I like peanut butter I can't eat it without feeling terribly guilty due to the fat content. I don't feel so bad if I just have a cookie or two tho.

From what I've read, the fat in peanut butter (if it's made just from peanuts) is really good for your skin and hair and cholesterol levels and a whole bunch of other deadly shit. You need those fats in your diet. Hoss it into ya.

i love it on bread, especially on white sliced pan but i never buy sliced pan as its kinda shit. if i had cookies i'd eat all of them in one go. i cant be trusted with biscuits of any kind

i saw a tub from a healthfood shop once and had the ingrediants pointed out to me: peanuts, peanut oil

'tis to be sure. Peanut butter is best when combined with other things. What I love about it is that it works equally with sweet and savoury things. I urge all PB lovers to try crunchy PB with wholegrain mustard. Preferrably the Meridian stuff.

Peanut butter on pizza... or with nacho's. Had a great night a few months back experimenting with nacho's, pizza, peanut butter, honey, guacamole and hummus. I think there was more than that but that's all I can remember. What a night!
