in rural, the cheapest i've got is 50-55. havent seen anything like that in urban.

its a really easy thing to do supposedly, that i have never tried.

It is easy to do on most cars. €55 isnt bad if it includes the oil and a new oil filter. Good quality oil is about €30 and the filter should be under €10.

I know I will never use it but it's a part of the course. I don't need to pass that part thankfully. It's more to do with confidence behind a bar and some basic knowledge. I'm actually learning a lot. If I were 22 I would have used this to travel the world. These kids have the right idea. Slightly jealous of them.
