It basically says exactly what we've been saying in this thread, She doesn't know why there are less women than men at gigs or in bands but it's clear there are less.
I had to laugh at the part that said

Yes of course you find more women artists, you are looking for them and it's the internet, it is finding things for you without you even knowing it, that's what it does now. It's no coincidence that you are finding more women on the internet in the same way that it's no surprise that there's an advert on the right hand side of this very page for a company I applied for a job with two weeks ago.
