Hey I dont think this has been mentioned here before but there is a spanking new (American) edition of Niall's book out. It's been renamed to "Please Feed Me" but otherwise is the same. Lots of history, lots of recipes, the whole Hope story.

If you don't have one yet, you should go and buy it. New edition is particularly deadly. Its on sale in that bookshop on Meeting House Square in Temple Bar (and I assume other places ... e.g red ink?).

It's great. Buy it!
