Back on topic, I was actually talking to the chap at the weekend (in Portrush of all places) who set up the business in Ireland. Said he saw the business model in Malaysia and set it up here. Randomness.

I got this done about once every two weeks for the last few months and loved it - $3 for 20 mins and nice, sawft feet. The one of my coworkers left a horror story on my desk about how these fish spread disease and I haven't gone back.
I think the main points were a) you want to be sure they're garra rufa and b) that the water is changed after each person.
They definitely don't do that here.
