currently using a digital and theres only so much messing about can be done with it,any tips/ideas on a decent entry level "proper" camera?and how does one then upload photos etc?cheers and sorry for daft questions :heart:

I'm guessing by "proper" you mean "film"? If so, prepare yourself for some abuse

If you want to upload your photos that you make from a film camera then you are going to need a scanner. Most scanners will allow you to scan the actual negatives (which is what I do) or else you can simply scan the prints. Either way, it's hassle ...

The good news though is that if you are interested in going the film route you can pick up really good film 35mm film cameras with excellent lenses for next to nothing now ... have a trawl through adverts.ie ....

Any Canon SLR for example is going to be pretty good ...

Probably better off on ebay for a 35mm slr, I picked up an eos1 a while about for about €100 including shipping

ended up going with a nikon f-501,got it with a tripod and rolls of film for just over 200 bills so looking forward to getting out and taking some very long exposures
