I LOVE ALLAH YOUSE
I love getting shitfaced.
But my hangovers are getting worse with age. I'm starting
to find it hard to have a heavy Friday and then carry on
through to Saturday and maybe again on Sunday.
My current strategy is to try and bulk up and eat a filling
dinner before hitting the sups and I try to hammer down
the water before I get to sleep.
This works with varying results until Saturday afternoon
when I try to eat again.
I zonk out and just feel absolutely knackered and it's hard
to recover from - a disaster when it looks like it's going to
be a kicking night.
So what's your tips?
Are there any alco-nutritionalists that can give me tips for
maintaining optimum blood sugar levels when I'm out
necking pints?
Do you have any tips on avoiding hangovers and keeping
your energy up on marathon weekends?
(Not looking for gak advice or other non-alcoholic options!)
