I go running about 3 nights a week, usually about 3 or 4 miles.
Ive been doing it about 4 months now.
80% of the time i feel good and have no problem but every so often i get bad pain in my lower legs (front) and lower back after just a few minutes of running.
I dont get it...maybe im lacking some vitamins or something?
I guess i should probably ask a doctor but thumped is cheaper
